Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple et cubique, reposant sur du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la majorit\u00e9 des tubules, les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales poss\u00e8dent un plateau apical stri\u00e9, au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, appel\u00e9 bordure en brosse.<br \/>\nEn outre, leur cytoplasme montre des stries verticales, localis\u00e9es du c\u00f4t\u00e9 basal, \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La bordure en brosse visible au microscope photonique appara\u00eet form\u00e9e de multiples replis membranaires soutenus par des faisceaux de microfilaments d&rsquo;actine au microscope \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 transmission. Il s&rsquo;agit de microvillosit\u00e9s, contribuant \u00e0 augmenter la surface de contact entre cellule et contenu de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame les stries basales refl\u00e8tent la pr\u00e9sence de replis membranaires basaux associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des mitochondries r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dispos\u00e9es. La surface de contact entre cellule et milieu int\u00e9rieur en est augment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les tubules ainsi d\u00e9crits sont des tubules contourn\u00e9s proximaux des n\u00e9phrons des Mammif\u00e8res, en l&rsquo;occurrence de Rat.<\/p>\n<p>Le n\u00e9phron est l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 fonctionnelle du rein de Vert\u00e9br\u00e9, responsable de la production de l&rsquo;urine.<br \/>\nIl est constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;une capsule de Bowman (qui, en association avec un bouquet de vaisseaux sanguins capillaires, forme le corpuscule de Malpighi ayant fait l&rsquo;objet des articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-15-2017\">15-2017<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-16-2017\">16-2017<\/a> de Codex virtualis) et d&rsquo;un tubule urinaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le tubule urinaire est divis\u00e9 en plusieurs r\u00e9gions. Chez les Mammif\u00e8res, ce sont le tubule contourn\u00e9 proximal, localis\u00e9 dans le cortex r\u00e9nal et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la capsule de Bowman, l&rsquo;anse de Henl\u00e9 situ\u00e9e dans la profondeur du rein, et le tubule contourn\u00e9 distal cortical (une vue du <a href=\"\/images\/index.php?album=delices-histologiques\/mammifere-adulte\/rein\" target=\"_blank\">cortex de rein de Rat<\/a> est propos\u00e9e dans la rubrique Mammif\u00e8re adulte de l\u2019album D\u00e9lices histologiques de Codex virtualis).<br \/>\nLes tubules contourn\u00e9s proximal et distal sont qualifi\u00e9s de contourn\u00e9s en raison de leurs circonvolutions, et dits proximal et distal selon leur situation, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 distance, par rapport \u00e0 la capsule de Bowman. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le tubule contourn\u00e9 proximal prend en charge l&rsquo;urine primitive produite dans le corpuscule de Malpighi et l&rsquo;achemine jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;anse de Henl\u00e9.<br \/>\nIl en modifie la composition en r\u00e9alisant la r\u00e9absorption vers le milieu int\u00e9rieur de mol\u00e9cules organiques comme le glucose et les acides amin\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement de nombreux ions inorganiques comme les ions sodium et chlorure, ainsi que d&rsquo;eau.
