<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;image de la semaine 14-2017 provient d&rsquo;une coupe histologique observ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif x100 du microscope photonique.<\/p>\n<p>Elle repr\u00e9sente une portion de structure de section circulaire poss\u00e9dant une lumi\u00e8re centrale, ce qui sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une coupe transversale d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 tubuleuse.<\/p>\n<p>La paroi du tube est form\u00e9e de plusieurs couches de cellules diff\u00e9rant par leur taille, leur forme, leur organisation et les caract\u00e8res de leur noyau.<br \/>\nElle est entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;une tunique fine et fibreuse.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>De la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie vers la lumi\u00e8re du tube sont pr\u00e9sentes des cellules&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>de taille peu importante, circulaires, comportant peu de cytoplasme, l&rsquo;essentiel de leur volume \u00e9tant occup\u00e9 par un noyau rond contenant des amas sombres&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>de grande taille, \u00e9galement circulaires et \u00e0 volumineux noyau rond, contenant des filaments courts et \u00e9pais, semblant parfois doubles, dont les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s sont accol\u00e9es \u00e0 la face interne de l&rsquo;enveloppe nucl\u00e9aire&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>de dimensions semblables \u00e0 celles des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, mais poss\u00e9dant un noyau rond plus petit finement ponctu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception d&rsquo;une tache dense, et un cytoplasme homog\u00e8ne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement granuleux&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>constitu\u00e9es d&rsquo;un corps cellulaire contenant un noyau \u00e9troit et allong\u00e9, en forme de virgule, entour\u00e9 de peu de cytoplasme, et portant un flagelle orient\u00e9 en direction de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Au contact de la tunique p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique des cellules pyramidales \u00e0 volumineux noyau circulaire, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ponctu\u00e9 et muni d&rsquo;une tache dense, sont en outre pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les cellules constituant la paroi du tube et ainsi d\u00e9crites correspondent respectivement \u00e0 des&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatogonie\" target=\"_blank\">spermatogonies<\/a>, cellules \u00e0 fort rapport nucl\u00e9oplasmique et peu diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es, susceptibles d&rsquo;effectuer des divisions conformes et \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de nouvelles spermatogonies ainsi que de spermatocytes I, cellules engag\u00e9es dans le processus de formation des gam\u00e8tes m\u00e2les, les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatozoide\" target=\"_blank\">spermatozo\u00efdes<\/a>&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>spermatozo\u00efdes, gam\u00e8tes m\u00e2les, form\u00e9s d&rsquo;une corps cellulaire allong\u00e9 contenant peu de cytoplasme et un noyau fin et courb\u00e9, poss\u00e9dant un flagelle locomoteur.<\/p>\n<p>Les cellules pyramidales situ\u00e9es au contact de l&rsquo;enveloppe du tube sont des cellules de Sertoli, ayant une fonction nourrici\u00e8re pour les cellules germinales.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La coupe ainsi d\u00e9crite est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;un tube s\u00e9minif\u00e8re, unit\u00e9 structurale et fonctionnelle du testicule, en l&rsquo;occurrence de la Souris. La <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatogenese\" target=\"_blank\">spermatogen\u00e8se<\/a>, formation des spermatozo\u00efdes, s&rsquo;y d\u00e9roule.<\/p>\n<p>La coupe comporte des cellules ayant atteint diff\u00e9rents stades de ce processus, les moins avanc\u00e9es \u00e9tant p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques et les plus avanc\u00e9es situ\u00e9es au contact de la lumi\u00e8re.
