Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 tubuleuse coup\u00e9e transversalement.<\/p>\n<p>La paroi est constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;une fine tunique fibreuse p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique et de plusieurs couches de cellules. Les tailles, formes et organisations des cellules varient de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie vers la lumi\u00e8re, en particulier les caract\u00e9ristiques des noyaux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>De la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie vers la lumi\u00e8re sont successivement observ\u00e9es des cellules :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>de petite taille et de forme ovale, poss\u00e9dant un volumineux noyau finement ponctu\u00e9 et peu de cytoplasme&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>de dimensions l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieures aux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et circulaires, pr\u00e9sentant un gros noyau rond \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur duquel des filaments \u00e9pais et courts, qui semblent parfois doubles et dont les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la face interne de l&rsquo;enveloppe nucl\u00e9aire, sont visibles ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>de taille similaire \u00e0 celle des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, comportant un noyau relativement moins volumineux, finement ponctu\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sentant une tache dense, ainsi qu&rsquo;un cytoplasme homog\u00e8ne finement granuleux ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>allong\u00e9es, en forme de goutte poss\u00e9dant un flagelle situ\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re du tube et contenant un noyau \u00e9galement long et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement courb\u00e9, de coloration uniforme, excentr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 du flagelle.<\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;y ajoutent, accol\u00e9es contre l&rsquo;enveloppe externe du tube, des cellules pyramidales \u00e0 noyau volumineux et de forme triangulaire, \u00e0 ponctuations fines et contenant une grosse tache dense.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les cellules ainsi d\u00e9crites correspondent respectivement \u00e0&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatogonie\" target=\"_blank\">spermatogonies<\/a>, cellules \u00e0 rapport nucl\u00e9oplasmique \u00e9lev\u00e9 et peu diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es, ayant la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des multiplications conformes donnant naissance \u00e0 de nouvelles spermatogonies et \u00e0 des cellules s&rsquo;engageant dans la formation de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatozoide\" target=\"_blank\">spermatozo\u00efdes<\/a>, les spermatocytes I&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatocyte\" target=\"_blank\">spermatocytes I<\/a> dont le noyau contient des chromosomes courts et \u00e9pais, constitu\u00e9s de deux chromatides et associ\u00e9s par paires de chromosomes homologues, arrang\u00e9s en bouquets accol\u00e9s \u00e0 la face interne de l&rsquo;enveloppe nucl\u00e9aire, agencement caract\u00e9ristique du stade pachyt\u00e8ne de la prophase de la premi\u00e8re division de la <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#meiose\" target=\"_blank\">m\u00e9iose<\/a>&nbsp;;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatide\" target=\"_blank\">spermatides<\/a> ayant termin\u00e9 la m\u00e9iose et d\u00e9but\u00e9 la diff\u00e9renciation en spermatozo\u00efdes appel\u00e9e spermiogen\u00e8se, les cellules circulaires \u00e0 noyau rond sont des spermatides jeunes alors que les cellules allong\u00e9es \u00e0 noyau fin et incurv\u00e9 sont des spermatides \u00e2g\u00e9es qui commencent \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les  particularit\u00e9s morphologiques des spermatozo\u00efdes. <\/p>\n<p>Les cellules p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques triangulaires correspondent \u00e0 des cellules de Sertoli, jouant un r\u00f4le nourricier pour les cellules engag\u00e9es dans la formation des spermatozo\u00efdes.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;image repr\u00e9sente une portion de section de tube s\u00e9minif\u00e8re, unit\u00e9 structurale et fonctionnelle du testicule, en l&rsquo;occurrence de Souris. La <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatogenese\" target=\"_blank\">spermatogens\u00e8se<\/a>, formation des spermatozo\u00efdes, s&rsquo;y d\u00e9roule.<\/p>\n<p>La paroi du tube est constitu\u00e9e de cellules ayant atteint diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tats de ce processus. Les cellules les plus avanc\u00e9es sont localis\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re alors que les cellules les moins avanc\u00e9es sont proches de la tunique externe.
