Elles poss\u00e8dent \u00e9galement plusieurs noyaux plats et p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques permettent d&rsquo;identifier du <a href=\"\/codex\/de-lorganisation-interne\/premiers-pas-histologiques\/le-tissu-musculaire\/tissu-musculaire-strie\">tissu musculaire stri\u00e9 squelettique<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les conduits pr\u00e9sents entre les fibres musculaires stri\u00e9es squelettiques sont d\u00e9limit\u00e9s par une paroi tr\u00e8s fine, dans laquelle un noyau plat est visible de loin en loin.<br \/>\nLes noyaux appartiennent \u00e0 des cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales pavimenteuses agenc\u00e9es en une unique couche. Elles constituent un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#endothelium\" target=\"_blank\">endoth\u00e9lium<\/a>, seule tunique formant la paroi des tubes.<\/p>\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re est occup\u00e9e par des structures dispos\u00e9es en files.<br \/>\nLa plupart d&rsquo;entre elles sont d\u00e9pourvues de noyau et correspondent \u00e0 des h\u00e9maties, \u00e9rythrocytes ou globules rouges sans noyau, caract\u00e9ristiques des Mammif\u00e8res.<br \/>\nCertaines, rares, poss\u00e8dent un noyau et sont des leucocytes ou globules blancs.<\/p>\n<p>Les fins conduits sont des vaisseaux sanguins de tr\u00e8s faible diam\u00e8tre, qualifi\u00e9s de capillaires, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par la possession d&rsquo;une paroi r\u00e9duite \u00e0 un endoth\u00e9lium.
