Von Goethe<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<h2>Une image<\/h2>\n<figure style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"\/documents\/images\/calyptrea2-WEB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"\/documents\/images\/calyptrea2-WEB\" alt=\"Chapeau chinois\" width=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chapeau chinois (Carantec, f\u00e9vrier 2008)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le Chapeau chinois (<em>Calyptraea chinensis<\/em>) est un animal marin appartenant au groupe des Mollusques gast\u00e9ropodes, au sein duquel il repr\u00e9sente la famille des Calyptra\u00e9id\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Cette esp\u00e8ce est pr\u00e9sente dans la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la zone intertidale, alternativement couverte et d\u00e9couverte par la mar\u00e9e, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une profondeur de l&rsquo;ordre de 70 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Elle fr\u00e9quente principalement les milieux meubles sableux ou envas\u00e9s, mais est parfois rencontr\u00e9e en milieu rocheux envas\u00e9.<br \/>\nLes individus adh\u00e8rent le plus souvent \u00e0 des coquilles ou \u00e0 la face inf\u00e9rieure des cailloux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le Chapeau chinois est ais\u00e9ment identifi\u00e9 aux caract\u00e9ristiques de sa coquille.<\/p>\n<p>Conique, elle est haute d&rsquo;environ 5 mm pour une base dont le diam\u00e8tre est de l&rsquo;ordre de 15 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le sommet est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement excentr\u00e9. Il est mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 par un petit mamelon lisse associ\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques tours spiral\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La surface de la coquille est globalement lisse, mais de fines stries d&rsquo;accroissement concentriques sont pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p>La couleur est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement claire, variant du blanc au beige ou au jaune.<br \/>\nElle est parfois brun roux, voire orange ou rose.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le Chapeau chinois se nourrit de particules en suspension dans l&rsquo;eau de mer.<\/p>\n<p>Les battements de la ciliature port\u00e9e par les branchies est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine d&rsquo;un courant d&rsquo;eau qui transite dans la cavit\u00e9 pall\u00e9ale d\u00e9limit\u00e9e par le manteau.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que l&rsquo;eau traverse les branchies, la ciliature et le film de mucus d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 leur surface retiennent les particules qu&rsquo;elle transporte.<br \/>\nElles sont alors conduites vers un sillon creus\u00e9 au niveau de la partie libre des branchies, qualifi\u00e9 de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#trophique\" target=\"_blank\">trophique<\/a>.<br \/>\nUn boudin alimentaire y est model\u00e9 puis achemin\u00e9 en direction de la bouche o\u00f9 il est ing\u00e9r\u00e9.<br \/>\nLes particules de grande taille sont quant \u00e0 elles directement amen\u00e9es \u00e0 une poche alimentaire localis\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la bouche.
