Ils ont fait l&rsquo;objet de l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-22-2014\">semaine 22-2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La reproduction de la Comatule se d\u00e9roule principalement du mois de mai au mois de juillet, mais elle semble possible tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce est gonochorique, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par des individus m\u00e2les et des individus femelles.<br \/>\nLes premiers lib\u00e8rent leurs gam\u00e8tes, les spermatozo\u00efdes, dans l&rsquo;eau de mer alors que les ovules, gam\u00e8tes des seconds, adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la face externe des pinnules apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e9condation est externe et intervient au niveau des pinnules sur lesquels sont fix\u00e9s les gam\u00e8tes femelles.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est suivie du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#developpement-embryonnaire\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9veloppement embryonnaire<\/a> d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de quatre \u00e0 cinq jours, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au sein d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau muqueux adh\u00e9rant aux pinnules.<\/p>\n<p>Il prend fin avec l&rsquo;\u00e9closion qui lib\u00e8re des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#larve\" target=\"_blank\">larves<\/a> planctoniques.
