Rigaud)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le G\u00e9om\u00e8tre \u00e0 barreaux (<em>Chiasmia clathrata<\/em>) est un Insecte de l&rsquo;ordre des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#lepidoptere\" target=\"_blank\">L\u00e9pidopt\u00e8res<\/a>, appartenant \u00e0 la famille des G\u00e9om\u00e9trid\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#adulte\" target=\"_blank\">adultes<\/a> sont pr\u00e9sents d&rsquo;avril \u00e0 septembre, et actifs le jour comme la nuit.<\/p>\n<p>Ils fr\u00e9quentent les milieux ouverts et fleuris, comme les friches et les prairies.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le G\u00e9om\u00e8tre \u00e0 barreaux maintient ses <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#aile\" target=\"_blank\">ailes<\/a> ouvertes lorsqu&rsquo;il est pos\u00e9, pr\u00e9sentant une envergure qui peut atteindre 25 mm. Leurs couleurs et leurs ornementations permettent de reconna\u00eetre l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>La couleur de fond des ailes ant\u00e9rieures et des ailes post\u00e9rieures est p\u00e2le. Selon les individus elle varie du blanc au jaune.<\/p>\n<p>Les ailes sont parcourues de lignes sombres, de couleur brune ou noire, formant un r\u00e9seau net, \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du nom courant de l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce (G\u00e9om\u00e8tre \u00e0 barreaux ou R\u00e9seau). Elles sont \u00e9galement mouchet\u00e9es de petits points de m\u00eame couleur.<\/p>\n<p>Les marques des ailes sont mieux d\u00e9limit\u00e9es que chez la Phal\u00e8ne picot\u00e9e qui a fait l&rsquo;objet des articles de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-39-2013\" target=\"_blank\">semaine 39<\/a> et de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-40-2013\" target=\"_blank\">semaine 40<\/a>, ce qui permet de distinguer les deux esp\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<p>Le corps est form\u00e9 de segments clairs fortement ponctu\u00e9s de brun ou de noir.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le G\u00e9om\u00e8tre \u00e0 barreaux pr\u00e9sente deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations annuelles dans nos r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p>Au printemps, les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chrysalide\" target=\"_blank\">chrysalides<\/a> ayant pass\u00e9 l&rsquo;hiver reprennent leur d\u00e9veloppement et donnent naissance \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;adultes, observ\u00e9e d&rsquo;avril \u00e0 juin.<\/p>\n<p>Leur reproduction intervient \u00e0 la fin du printemps.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l&rsquo;accouplement fait suite la ponte des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#oeuf\" target=\"_blank\">\u0153ufs<\/a>.<br \/>\nAu terme du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#developpement-embryonnaire\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9veloppement embryonnaire<\/a>, leur \u00e9closion lib\u00e8re des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chenille\" target=\"_blank\">chenilles<\/a>.<br \/>\nVisibles aux mois de juin et juillet, elles se nourrissent notamment de Tr\u00e8fle et de Luzerne. Leur croissance est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la faveur de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#mue\" target=\"_blank\">mues<\/a>, la derni\u00e8re les transformant en chrysalides. <\/p>\n<p>Celles-ci sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de la seconde g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;adultes, observ\u00e9e de juin \u00e0 septembre.<br \/>\nLeur reproduction intervient en \u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nLes chenilles qui en sont issues sont visibles en ao\u00fbt et septembre.<br \/>\n\u00c0 la fin de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, elles se transforment en chrysalides.
