Elle contiennent chacune une sous-unit\u00e9 nettement d\u00e9limit\u00e9e et finement granuleuse, baignant dans un milieu homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nUne telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellules<\/a> animales, la sous-unit\u00e9 ponctu\u00e9e correspondant \u00e0 un noyau et le milieu l&rsquo;entourant \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cytoplasme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Leur forme allong\u00e9e, leur cytoplasme lisse et la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une fine couche fibreuse les isolant les unes des autres, sugg\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de fibres musculaires lisses. Elles sont de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dispos\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re circulaire.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;espace semblant vide est d\u00e9limit\u00e9 par une paroi \u00e9galement form\u00e9e de cellules, agenc\u00e9es en tuniques superpos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, une couche continue de cellules est pr\u00e9sente, le plus souvent aussi hautes que larges, parfois aplaties. Elles constituent un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-epithelial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu \u00e9pith\u00e9lial<\/a> de rev\u00eatement, simple et cubique. <\/p>\n<p>Il est entour\u00e9 d&rsquo;une tunique plus \u00e9paisse, comprenant un mat\u00e9riel fibreux dans lequel sont ench\u00e2ss\u00e9es des cellules.
