Elles sont entour\u00e9es d&rsquo;une m\u00eame enveloppe l\u00e2che et fibreuse elle-m\u00eame environn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un ensemble compact et continu.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les structures circulaires comportent un espace central semblant vide ou contenant des unit\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendantes les unes des autres, et bord\u00e9 d&rsquo;une paroi. Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement de sections transversales de tubes dont la lumi\u00e8re contient un liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Les unit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans la lumi\u00e8re des tubes sont constitu\u00e9es d&rsquo;une sous-unit\u00e9 ovale, centrale et ponctu\u00e9e, entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;une masse homog\u00e8ne. Elles correspondent \u00e0 des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellules<\/a> animales, la sous-unit\u00e9 ponctu\u00e9e \u00e9tant un noyau et la masse l&rsquo;entourant du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cytoplasme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La paroi bordant la lumi\u00e8re est de m\u00eame constitu\u00e9e de cellules agenc\u00e9es en plusieurs tuniques.<br \/>\nAu contact de la lumi\u00e8re, elles forment une couche continue et sont plates. Elles d\u00e9terminent un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> de rev\u00eatement simple et pavimenteux.<br \/>\nIl est entour\u00e9 d&rsquo;une tunique contenant des cellules allong\u00e9es poss\u00e9dant un noyau allong\u00e9, ou circulaires munies d&rsquo;un noyau circulaire, baignant dans un cytoplasme homog\u00e8ne. Elles sont isol\u00e9es les unes des autres par un discret tissu fibreux. Ce sont des fibres musculaires lisses coup\u00e9es longitudinalement ou transversalement, associ\u00e9es \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble est envelopp\u00e9 par un tissu fibreux l\u00e2che dans lequel sont dispers\u00e9es des cellules de taille r\u00e9duite et effil\u00e9es. Il s&rsquo;agit de tissu conjonctif fibreux, comprenant du mat\u00e9riel extracellulaire structur\u00e9 par des fibres prot\u00e9iques ainsi que des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#fibrocyte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fibrocytes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Une telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique des vaisseaux sanguins des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s : leur paroi est form\u00e9e de tuniques concentriques et d\u00e9limite une lumi\u00e8re contenant des cellules isol\u00e9es baignant dans un liquide, le plasma. Au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple pavimenteux, appel\u00e9 <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#endothelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">endoth\u00e9lium<\/a>, est pr\u00e9sent, reposant sur une fine couche de tissu conjonctif fibreux. L&rsquo;ensemble forme une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#intima\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">intima<\/a>. Une tunique constitu\u00e9e de fibres musculaires lisses entrelac\u00e9es de tissu conjonctif fibreux l&rsquo;entoure, correspondant \u00e0 une m\u00e9dia. Du tissu conjonctif fibreux l&rsquo;enveloppe, constituant une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#adventice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">adventice<\/a>. La lumi\u00e8re contient des cellules sanguines, <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#erythrocyte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9rythrocytes<\/a> et leucocytes.<\/p>\n<p>En l&rsquo;occurrence l&rsquo;abondance des fibres musculaires lisses situ\u00e9es dans la m\u00e9dia sugg\u00e8re que les vaisseaux sanguins sectionn\u00e9s sont des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#artere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">art\u00e8res<\/a> musculaires de petit calibre et des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#arteriole\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">art\u00e9rioles<\/a>.<br \/>\nLeur organisation est d\u00e9crite dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-06-2017\">semaine 06-2017<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le groupe de vaisseaux sanguins est recouvert d&rsquo;une tunique form\u00e9e de cellules jointives agenc\u00e9es en plusieurs couches, dans laquelle sont ench\u00e2ss\u00e9es de volumineuses poches granuleuses associ\u00e9es \u00e0 de petits noyaux arqu\u00e9s.
