Ils sont entour\u00e9s d&rsquo;un espace semblant vide et isol\u00e9s par une \u00e9troite structure verticale.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement d&rsquo;organes tubuleux coup\u00e9s transversalement ou obliquement, et baignant dans une cavit\u00e9 liquidienne.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les parois des tubes contiennent des unit\u00e9s ovales bien d\u00e9limit\u00e9es et finement ponctu\u00e9es, autour desquelles des milieux h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes et diff\u00e9rents d&rsquo;un tube \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre sont pr\u00e9sents.<br \/>\nLes unit\u00e9s ovales correspondent \u00e0 des noyaux et les milieux les entourant \u00e0 des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cytoplasmes<\/a>. L&rsquo;ensemble constitue des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellules<\/a> animales. Agenc\u00e9es en une unique couche et aussi hautes que larges, elles forment des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9liums<\/a> simples et cubiques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les tubes situ\u00e9s \u00e0 gauche de l&rsquo;image, les cellules poss\u00e8dent des stries basales et une r\u00e9gion apicale claire.<br \/>\nDans les tubes localis\u00e9s \u00e0 droite de l&rsquo;image, les cellules ont un cytoplasme clair grossi\u00e8rement granuleux et portent de longues expansions apicales ondul\u00e9es, correspondant vraisemblablement \u00e0 une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#ciliature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ciliature<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les tubes sont recouverts en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie d&rsquo;une fine tunique fibreuse dans laquelle des massifs circulaires composites sont pr\u00e9sents, surmont\u00e9e d&rsquo;une \u00e9troite assise de cellules plates. Elles adh\u00e8rent \u00e9troitement aux tubes de gauche et sont d\u00e9solidaris\u00e9es des tubes de droite<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit respectivement de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux contenant des vaisseaux sanguins et d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple pavimenteux. Ils marquent la limite entre les tubes et la cavit\u00e9 liquidienne qui les entoure.<\/p>\n<p>De vastes espaces liquidiens sont caract\u00e9ristiques du plan d&rsquo;organisation des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ann\u00e9lides<\/a> comme le Lombric, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 Ver de terre.<br \/>\nChaque segment corporel, ou <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#metamere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9tam\u00e8re<\/a>, est organis\u00e9 autour d&rsquo;une cavit\u00e9 remplie de liquide, qualifi\u00e9e de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">c\u0153lomique<\/a>. Elle est bord\u00e9e d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium c\u0153lomique, simple et pavimenteux, reposant sur du tissu conjonctif fibreux, qui l&rsquo;isole des organes qui y baignent.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Parmi les organes contenus dans les cavit\u00e9s c\u0153lomiques du Lombric figurent les organes <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#excreteur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">excr\u00e9teurs<\/a> appel\u00e9s m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridies.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque segment corporel comporte une paire de m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridies, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-18-2019\">semaine 18-2019<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<br \/>\nElles sont form\u00e9es d&rsquo;un n\u00e9phrostome, pavillon cili\u00e9 ouvert dans la cavit\u00e9 c\u0153lomique du m\u00e9tam\u00e8re n, et d&rsquo;un tube n\u00e9phridien contourn\u00e9, ouvert sur l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur dans le m\u00e9tam\u00e8re n+1 par un n\u00e9phridiopore.<br \/>\nLe tube n\u00e9phridien est constitu\u00e9 successivement d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion gr\u00eale, d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion moyenne et d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion large creus\u00e9es dans des cellules, puis d&rsquo;une vessie. <\/p>\n<p>Le n\u00e9phrostome est d\u00e9crit dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-17-2019\">semaine 17-2019<\/a>.
