Le premier situ\u00e9 \u00e0 droite pr\u00e9sente deux lacunes, de forme approximativement ovale, alors que le second localis\u00e9 \u00e0 gauche appara\u00eet plus compact.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les lacunes de l&rsquo;ensemble de droite sont bord\u00e9es de parois relativement \u00e9paisses, constitu\u00e9es d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s accol\u00e9es contenant des sous-unit\u00e9s ovales finement ponctu\u00e9es et entour\u00e9es d&rsquo;un espace granuleux.<br \/>\nCette organisation est caract\u00e9ristique des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellules<\/a> animales, les sous-unit\u00e9s ovales correspondant \u00e0 des noyaux et l&rsquo;espace les entourant \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cytoplasme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En l&rsquo;occurrence, les parois d\u00e9limitant les lacunes sont form\u00e9es d&rsquo;une unique couche de cellules, continue. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9liums<\/a> simples bordant une lumi\u00e8re. Les ensembles paroi et lumi\u00e8re correspondent vraisemblablement \u00e0 deux tubes coup\u00e9s transversalement.<\/p>\n<p>Les cellules apparaissent plus hautes que larges, d\u00e9terminant un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium prismatique ou cylindrique.<br \/>\nSelon la section de tube, elles poss\u00e8dent des organisations distinctes. Les cellules du tube de gauche pr\u00e9sentent des granulations basales denses et de longues expansions apicales ondul\u00e9es correspondant \u00e0 une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#ciliature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ciliature<\/a>. Les cellules du tube de droite comportent des granulations plus discr\u00e8tes mais un liser\u00e9 apical marqu\u00e9 et stri\u00e9, constituant une bordure en brosse.  <\/p>\n<p>Une fine couche continue de cellules entoure l&rsquo;ensemble de droite, constituant un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple et pavimenteux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le massif situ\u00e9 \u00e0 gauche est form\u00e9 de multiples cellules juxtapos\u00e9es, d&rsquo;organisations diverses. Leur cytoplasme est plus ou moins abondant, dense et granuleux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;espace semblant vide qui entoure les structures d\u00e9crites correspond vraisemblablement \u00e0 une cavit\u00e9 liquidienne. Elle contient des organes tubuleux entour\u00e9s d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple pavimenteux et des cellules isol\u00e9es group\u00e9es en amas.<\/p>\n<p>Une telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique du plan d&rsquo;organisation des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ann\u00e9lides<\/a>, Vers annel\u00e9s comme le Lombric, la cavit\u00e9 liquidienne est une cavit\u00e9 <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">c\u0153lomique<\/a> remplie de liquide dans lequel des cellules isol\u00e9es, les c\u0153lomocytes, sont pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p>Les structures tubuleuses baignant dans le liquide c\u0153lomique correspondent \u00e0 des organes <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#excreteur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">excr\u00e9teurs<\/a>, appel\u00e9s m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridies. Elles sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;article de la semaine <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-18-2019\">18-2019<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p>Une m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridie est form\u00e9e d&rsquo;un pavillon cili\u00e9, en forme d&rsquo;entonnoir, le n\u00e9phrostome. Il est d\u00e9crit dans l&rsquo;article de la semaine <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-17-2019\">17-2019<\/a>.<br \/>\nUn tube n\u00e9phridien contourn\u00e9 lui fait suite. Il est constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;un segment gr\u00eale creus\u00e9 dans des cellules drain cili\u00e9es puis d&rsquo;un segment moyen d&rsquo;organisation similaire mais de diam\u00e8tre plus important. Ils sont d\u00e9crits dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-19-2019\">19-2019<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-20-2019\">20-2019<\/a>.<br \/>\nLe tube n\u00e9phridien comprend \u00e9galement un segment large lui-m\u00eame divis\u00e9 en une r\u00e9gion proximale et une r\u00e9gion distale. L&rsquo;image de la semaine 21-2019 illustre les segments moyen et large proximal.<\/p>\n<p>En termes fonctionnels, les battements des cils du n\u00e9phrostome mettent en mouvement le liquide c\u0153lomique et provoquent son entr\u00e9e dans le tube n\u00e9phridien.
