Elles surmontent une unit\u00e9 composite recourb\u00e9e et fibreuse.<br \/>\nToutes sont envelopp\u00e9es d&rsquo;amas irr\u00e9guliers.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble baigne dans un espace apparemment vide. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les structures circulaire et ovale d\u00e9limitant une zone vide correspondent vraisemblablement \u00e0 des tubes pr\u00e9sentant une lumi\u00e8re, en sections respectivement transversale et oblique.<br \/>\nLeur paroi est form\u00e9e d&rsquo;une couche d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s granuleuses accol\u00e9es les unes aux autres, constituant une limite continue. Il s&rsquo;agit de <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellules<\/a> animales.<br \/>\nUne telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple. Les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales \u00e9tant relativement plates, il est qualifi\u00e9 de pavimenteux \u00e0 cubique.<br \/>\nLes filaments pr\u00e9sents dans la lumi\u00e8re sont port\u00e9s par les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales. Ce sont des groupes de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cils<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;espace semblant vide autour des tubes ainsi d\u00e9crits est vraisemblablement une cavit\u00e9 liquidienne.<\/p>\n<p>Les amas appos\u00e9s aux tubes comportent des sous-unit\u00e9s circulaires finement ponctu\u00e9es, entour\u00e9es de mati\u00e8re granuleuse. Ils sont constitu\u00e9s de cellules relativement volumineuses, les sous-unit\u00e9s ponctu\u00e9es correspondant \u00e0 des noyaux et la mati\u00e8re granuleuse \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cytoplasme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;existence de vastes cavit\u00e9s liquidiennes et de cellules granuleuses localis\u00e9es autour des organes est observ\u00e9e dans des groupes comme les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ann\u00e9lides<\/a> oligoch\u00e8tes. Leur corps est form\u00e9 d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es le long de l&rsquo;axe ant\u00e9ropost\u00e9rieur, les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#metamere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9tam\u00e8res<\/a>, organis\u00e9es autour de cavit\u00e9s <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">c\u0153lomiques<\/a> remplies de liquide c\u0153lomique.<\/p>\n<p>Leurs organes baignent dans le liquide c\u0153lomique, dont ils sont isol\u00e9s par un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium c\u0153lomique. Ils sont fr\u00e9quemment entour\u00e9s de cellules <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragogene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chloragog\u00e8nes<\/a>.<br \/>\nCette organisation est d\u00e9crite dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-41-2018\">41-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-42-2018\">42-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p>En l&rsquo;occurrence, l&rsquo;image repr\u00e9sente une section de Lombric ou Ver de terre.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Parmi les organes pr\u00e9sents dans les cavit\u00e9s c\u0153lomiques, \u00e0 raison d&rsquo;une paire par segment, figurent les organes <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#excreteur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">excr\u00e9teurs<\/a> appel\u00e9s m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridies.<\/p>\n<p>Une m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridie comporte un n\u00e9phrostome, pavillon cili\u00e9 ouvert sur la cavit\u00e9 c\u0153lomique du segment n, recueillant le liquide c\u0153lomique charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets avant de le conduire au tube n\u00e9phridien communiquant avec le milieu ext\u00e9rieur par un n\u00e9phridiopore situ\u00e9 dans le segment n+1.<br \/>\nLe n\u00e9phrostome, d\u00e9crit dans l&rsquo;article de la semaine <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-17-2019\">17-2019<\/a>, assure la formation de l&rsquo;urine primitive \u00e0 partir du liquide c\u0153lomique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;urine primitive est ensuite prise en charge par un tube n\u00e9phridien, responsable de modifications de sa composition et la transformant en urine d\u00e9finitive.<br \/>\nLe tube n\u00e9phridien est divis\u00e9 en diverses r\u00e9gions distinctes par leurs organisations et leurs fonctions. La premi\u00e8re est qualifi\u00e9e de segment gr\u00eale en raison de son diam\u00e8tre faible, de l&rsquo;ordre de 30\u00b5m. Elle est creus\u00e9e dans des cellules dites cellules-drain, qui forment un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple pavimenteux \u00e0 cubique.
