De part et d&rsquo;autre, des espaces semblant vides ou contenant de petites unit\u00e9s isol\u00e9es sont pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La structure centrale est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par une paroi relativement \u00e9paisse et h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Elle porte au niveau du creux du V, appel\u00e9 lumi\u00e8re, une fine bande stri\u00e9e semblant constitu\u00e9e de filaments juxtapos\u00e9s.<br \/>\nElle surmonte une tunique form\u00e9e de sous-unit\u00e9s \u00e9troites et longues accol\u00e9es les unes aux autres mais semblant localement disjointes. Chacune contient une tache sombre allong\u00e9e.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;ensemble repose sur une couche de fines fibres d&rsquo;orientations diverses, elle-m\u00eame soutenue par une tunique dans laquelle alternent fibres et masses circulaires homog\u00e8nes et vivement color\u00e9es.<br \/>\nUne fine couche plate d\u00e9limite ext\u00e9rieurement la structure.<\/p>\n<p>La tunique bordant la structure en V du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re est constitu\u00e9e de <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cellules<\/a> animales contenant chacune un noyau \u00e9troit, correspondant \u00e0 la tache sombre allong\u00e9e. Allong\u00e9es et accol\u00e9es les unes aux autres, elles d\u00e9terminent un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple et prismatique.<br \/>\nLa bande stri\u00e9e les surmontant est une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#ciliature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ciliature<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium est soutenu par un tissu fibreux correspondant \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-musculaire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu musculaire<\/a> lisse. Il surmonte du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux dans lequel de nombreux vaisseaux sanguins sont pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n<p>Au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, une \u00e9troite couche de cellules jointives marque la limite avec l&rsquo;espace semblant vide. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple et pavimenteux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>De par sa forme et son organisation, la structure centrale constitue un entonnoir ou pavillon cili\u00e9, dont la lumi\u00e8re est en continuit\u00e9 avec une cavit\u00e9 corporelle. Il est soutenu par des tissus musculaire lisse et conjonctif fibreux puis d\u00e9limit\u00e9 par un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple et pavimenteux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence des vastes cavit\u00e9s corporelles r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es sugg\u00e8re que la coupe a \u00e9t\u00e9 confectionn\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un individu segment\u00e9, dont chaque segment est agenc\u00e9 autour d&rsquo;une cavit\u00e9 liquidienne. En l&rsquo;occurrence, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un Lombric ou Ver de terre, du genre Lumbricus appartenant aux <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ann\u00e9lides<\/a> oligoch\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Le pavillon cili\u00e9 est adoss\u00e9 \u00e0 une masse fibreuse, d\u00e9limit\u00e9e de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 par une fine bande de cellules plates.
