En l&rsquo;occurrence, elle concerne \u00e0 la fois le noyau, la forme et le volume cellulaires.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement de cellules <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#germinal\" target=\"_blank\">germinales<\/a> \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades du processus de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#gametogenese\" target=\"_blank\">gam\u00e9togen\u00e8se<\/a>.<br \/>\nLa pr\u00e9sence de cellules \u00e0 noyau peu volumineux, dense et homog\u00e8ne, et munies d&rsquo;un flagelle laisse \u00e0 penser que ce sont des cellules m\u00e2les en cours de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatogenese\" target=\"_blank\">spermatogen\u00e8se<\/a>, processus conduisant \u00e0 la formation de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatozoide\" target=\"_blank\">spermatozo\u00efdes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette perspective, les cellules d\u00e9crites correspondent respectivement \u00e0 des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatocyte\" target=\"_blank\">spermatocytes<\/a> I avant division et en cours de premi\u00e8re division de  <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#meiose\" target=\"_blank\">m\u00e9iose<\/a>, des spermatocytes II avant division et en cours de seconde division de m\u00e9iose, et des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatide\" target=\"_blank\">spermatides<\/a> en cours de spermiogen\u00e8se.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Des groupes de cellules germinales de m\u00eame stade, associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une masse granuleuse centrale, sont rencontr\u00e9s dans les v\u00e9sicules s\u00e9minales du Lombric notamment, <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\">Ann\u00e9lide<\/a> oligoch\u00e8te. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;<a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#appareil\" target=\"_blank\">appareil<\/a> <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#genital\" target=\"_blank\">g\u00e9nital<\/a> m\u00e2le de cette esp\u00e8ce est d\u00e9crit dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-50-2018\">50-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-51-2018\">51-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p>Il comporte deux paires de testicules inclus dans des sacs testiculaires. Il s&rsquo;agit de r\u00e9gions diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es des parois des cavit\u00e9s <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\">c\u0153lomiques<\/a>. Les sacs testiculaires sont en continuit\u00e9 avec des v\u00e9sicules s\u00e9minales au nombre de trois paires, correspondant \u00e0 des r\u00e9gions sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es des cavit\u00e9s c\u0153lomiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les testicules produisent des groupes de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-p-a-s#spermatogonie\" target=\"_blank\">spermatogonies<\/a>, associ\u00e9s chacun \u00e0 une masse centrale appel\u00e9e blastophore. L&rsquo;ensemble couronne de spermatogonies &#8211; blastophore constitue une spermatosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les spermatosph\u00e8res passent dans les v\u00e9sicules s\u00e9minales et les spermatogonies y donnent naissance, par mitose, \u00e0 des spermatocytes I.<br \/>\nLes spermatocytes I sont des cellules <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#diploide\" target=\"_blank\">diplo\u00efdes<\/a> qui, apr\u00e8s duplication de leurs chromosomes, subissent une m\u00e9iose.
