Elle est entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;espaces semblant vides, contenant toutefois des unit\u00e9s isol\u00e9es.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement d&rsquo;une structure tubuleuse coup\u00e9e transversalement.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les amas de la lumi\u00e8re du tube comme les unit\u00e9s isol\u00e9es des espaces alentour comportent une sous-unit\u00e9 ovale, sombre et ponctu\u00e9e, baignant dans un environnement homog\u00e8ne ou granuleux.<br \/>\nUne telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\">cellules<\/a> animales, la sous-unit\u00e9 ovale correspondant au noyau et son environnement au <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\">cytoplasme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>De la lumi\u00e8re vers la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, la paroi de la structure tubuleuse appara\u00eet constitu\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;une tunique de cellules de petite taille et isol\u00e9es, formant un rev\u00eatement discontinu ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;une couche fibreuse dense, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ondul\u00e9e et continue ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;une assise circulaire, homog\u00e8ne et peu \u00e9paisse ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;une enveloppe fibreuse peu dense ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;une couche continue de grandes cellules plates \u00e0 noyau plat.<\/p>\n<p>Les constituants ainsi d\u00e9crits sont vraisemblablement et respectivement un r\u00e9seau de cellules bordant la lumi\u00e8re, du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux dense, des fibres musculaires lisses \u00e0 disposition circulaire, du tissu conjonctif fibreux l\u00e2che et un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple pavimenteux. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Un tel agencement est sp\u00e9cifique de la paroi des vaisseaux sanguins des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\">Ann\u00e9lides<\/a> comme le Lombric, ou Ver de terre. Il est illustr\u00e9 par la structure du vaisseau sanguin <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#dorsal\" target=\"_blank\">dorsal<\/a> du Lombric, qui a fait l&rsquo;objet des articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-46-2018\">46-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-47-2018\">47-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p>En l&rsquo;occurrence, l&rsquo;image de la semaine 48-2018 repr\u00e9sente un vaisseau sanguin associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridie, organe excr\u00e9teur du Lombric, dans lequel des h\u00e9mocytes sont pr\u00e9sents.<br \/>\nLes vaisseaux sanguins associ\u00e9s aux m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridies proviennent de ramifications du vaisseau sanguin ventral et rejoignent des vaisseaux sanguins pari\u00e9taux acheminant le sang vers le vaisseau dorsal. Ils baignent dans les cavit\u00e9s <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\">c\u0153lomiques<\/a> et sont entour\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium c\u0153lomique surmontant du tissu conjonctif fibreux.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9tan\u00e9phridies assurent la production de l&rsquo;urine \u00e0 partir du liquide c\u0153lomique, son acheminement et son \u00e9vacuation dans le milieu par un pore ventral appel\u00e9 n\u00e9phridiopore. De forme tubuleuse, elles sont responsables de la modification de la composition de l&rsquo;urine au cours de son transit, r\u00e9alisant des \u00e9changes avec le liquide sanguin des vaisseaux qui leur sont associ\u00e9s.
