Elle d\u00e9limite un espace central occup\u00e9 par des unit\u00e9s isol\u00e9es de forme ovale \u00e0 circulaire. Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement d&rsquo;une partie de section transversale d&rsquo;organe tubuleux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les unit\u00e9s ovales ou circulaires pr\u00e9sentes dans la lumi\u00e8re du tube contiennent une structure sombre et ovale, entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;une masse claire et granuleuse. Ce sont des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\">cellules<\/a>, la structure sombre correspondant \u00e0 un noyau et la masse claire au <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\">cytoplasme<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>La paroi du tube comporte, de la lumi\u00e8re vers la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>une tunique discontinue de cellules de dimensions r\u00e9duites, poss\u00e9dant peu de cytoplasme ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>une couche ondul\u00e9e, continue et dense, de nature fibreuse ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>un espace \u00e9troit occup\u00e9 par des fibres l\u00e2ches et quelques cellules dispers\u00e9es ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>une tunique form\u00e9e de cellules de grande taille, allong\u00e9es et \u00e0 disposition concentrique, pr\u00e9sentant un cytoplasme homog\u00e8ne :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>une assise continue de cellules cubiques.<\/p>\n<p>Ces structures constituent respectivement un r\u00e9seau cellulaire bordant la lumi\u00e8re, deux couches de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux dense puis l\u00e2che, une tunique de fibres musculaires lisses principalement circulaires et un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple cubique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble est entour\u00e9 de volumineuses cellules \u00e0 cytoplasme granuleux et \u00e0 noyau excentr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Une telle organisation est rencontr\u00e9e dans les vaisseaux sanguins des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\">Ann\u00e9lides<\/a>. En l&rsquo;occurrence, l&rsquo;image repr\u00e9sente une coupe transversale de vaisseau sanguin de Lombric, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 Ver de terre, dont une vue compl\u00e8te est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-46-2018\">semaine 46-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis. Il est entour\u00e9 de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragocyte\" target=\"_blank\">chloragocytes<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le Lombric, et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de nombreuses Ann\u00e9lides, poss\u00e8dent plusieurs compartiments liquidiens en particulier le compartiment sanguin repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par un ensemble continu de vaisseaux et le compartiment <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\">c\u0153lomique<\/a> correspondant aux cavit\u00e9s c\u0153lomiques et formant le <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelome\" target=\"_blank\">c\u0153lome<\/a>. Leur agencement est d\u00e9crit dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-41-2018\">41-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-42-2018\">42-2018<\/a>, leur paroi dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-43-2018\">43-2018<\/a>, <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-44-2018\">44-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-45-2018\">45-2018<\/a>, et les cellules qu&rsquo;elles contiennent dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-37-2018\">37-2018<\/a>, <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-38-2018\">38-2018<\/a>, <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-39-2018\">39-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-40-2018\">40-2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le compartiment sanguin contient un liquide, le sang, dans lequel des cellules isol\u00e9es sont pr\u00e9sentes, les h\u00e9mocytes. Sch\u00e9matiquement, il circule de l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re vers l&rsquo;avant dans le vaisseau sanguin dorsal, dans les deux sens dans le vaisseau sanguin ventral, le plus souvent du ventre vers le dos dans les vaisseaux sanguins lat\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n<p>Le compartiment sanguin assure la prise en charge et la distribution des gaz respiratoires et des substances nutritives. Il draine \u00e9galement les d\u00e9chets du m\u00e9tabolisme qui son ensuite transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans le compartiment c\u0153lomique.<br \/>\nCe dernier est impliqu\u00e9 dans le stockage et le transfert de substances de r\u00e9serve, la d\u00e9fense de l&rsquo;organisme et la gam\u00e9togen\u00e8se.
