Ils se pr\u00e9sentent comme de vastes espaces dont le fond  semble vide, dans lesquels divers \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont dispers\u00e9s. De part et d&rsquo;autre de l&rsquo;image des structures composites sont pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments isol\u00e9s dans les compartiments sont de dimensions, de formes et de textures diverses.<br \/>\nIls sont cependant bien individualis\u00e9s, en raison de la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une limite externe, et contiennent une unit\u00e9 circulaire ou ovale ponctu\u00e9e de taches sombres autour de laquelle un milieu granuleux est pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>Une telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique des <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\">cellules<\/a> animales. La limite externe mat\u00e9rialise l&#8217;emplacement de la membrane plasmique, l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 ponctu\u00e9e est le noyau et le milieu granuleux le <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cytoplasme\" target=\"_blank\">cytoplasme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Il est vraisemblable que les cellules d\u00e9crites baignent dans un liquide contenu dans le compartiment. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments figur\u00e9s, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar des cellules du sang des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Divers caract\u00e8res permettent de distinguer plusieurs cat\u00e9gories parmi les cellules libres :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>certaines portent des expansions filamenteuses correspondant \u00e0 des pseudopodes et contiennent un noyau ovale l\u00e9g\u00e8rement excentr\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;autres contiennent un espace clair figurant une vacuole ainsi qu&rsquo;un noyau semblable au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;autres encore sont de dimensions r\u00e9duites, poss\u00e8dent une cytoplasme dense et granuleux et d\u00e9veloppent de petites excroissances ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>les derni\u00e8res sont volumineuses, munies d&rsquo;un petit noyau excentr\u00e9, et pr\u00e9sentent un cytoplasme envahi de nombreuses granulations.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la coupe sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 confectionn\u00e9e dans un animal segment\u00e9 ou annel\u00e9. Les deux compartiments correspondent \u00e0 des segments ou anneaux s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une cloison.<br \/>\nEn l&rsquo;occurrence, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une coupe longitudinale r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\">Ann\u00e9lide<\/a> oligoch\u00e8te, le Lombric commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 Ver de terre. Son corps est form\u00e9 d&rsquo;anneaux successifs, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s segments ou <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#metamere\" target=\"_blank\">m\u00e9tam\u00e8res<\/a>. Ils sont d\u00e9limit\u00e9s par des cloisons, les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#dissepiment\" target=\"_blank\">diss\u00e9piments<\/a>, et sont organis\u00e9s autour d&rsquo;une paire de cavit\u00e9s <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\">c\u0153lomiques<\/a>, compartiments remplis d&rsquo;un liquide, dit c\u0153lomique.<\/p>\n<p>Il contient des cellules de deux types principaux :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>les leucocytes, d\u00e9crits dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-37-2018\">37-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-38-2018\">38-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis, ayant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s phagocytaires et supports de l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragocyte\" target=\"_blank\">chloragocytes<\/a> \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s cellules <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragogene\" target=\"_blank\">chloragog\u00e8nes<\/a> jouant un r\u00f4le m\u00e9tabolique.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois premiers types de cellules d\u00e9crits correspondent \u00e0 des leucocytes, basophiles pour le premier et le deuxi\u00e8me, acidophile pour le troisi\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Le quatri\u00e8me type de cellule \u00e9tudi\u00e9 est un chloragocyte, dont les parois du tube <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#digestif\" target=\"_blank\">digestif<\/a> et des vaisseaux sanguins sont tapiss\u00e9es du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps. Il est \u00e9galement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par le terme d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ocyte.<\/p>\n<p>Les chloragocytes peuvent se charger de d\u00e9chets, formant des inclusions appel\u00e9es concr\u00e9ments.
