Accol\u00e9es les unes aux autres, elles contiennent une structure ovale dense et leur bordure est h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit de <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cellule\" target=\"_blank\">cellules<\/a> jointives agenc\u00e9es en une couche unique, constituant un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple et prismatique portant une bordure en brosse. Il est surmont\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fine <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cuticule\" target=\"_blank\">cuticule<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La tunique fibreuse dense sous-jacente comporte des fibres homog\u00e8nes longues et \u00e9troites. Quelques unit\u00e9s circulaires intens\u00e9ment et uniform\u00e9ment color\u00e9es y sont dispers\u00e9es.<br \/>\nUne telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux, les fibres correspondant \u00e0 des faisceaux de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#collagene\" target=\"_blank\">collag\u00e8ne<\/a> et les unit\u00e9s circulaires \u00e0 des vaisseaux sanguins.<\/p>\n<p>La tunique fibreuse l\u00e2che p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique comprend des fibres h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, allong\u00e9es ou circulaires, contenant une structure ovale dense. Ce sont des cellules musculaires coup\u00e9es respectivement longitudinalement et transversalement, la structure dense \u00e9tant leur noyau. Elles sont associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des faisceaux de collag\u00e8ne et quelques vaisseaux sanguins.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Une telle organisation est caract\u00e9ristique du tube digestif, dont la paroi comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium soutenu par du tissu conjonctif fibreux, l&rsquo;ensemble constituant une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#muqueuse\" target=\"_blank\">muqueuse<\/a>, et une tunique musculeuse.<\/p>\n<p>La paroi peu dense, de m\u00eame que le sang d\u00e9pourvu de cellules, laisse \u00e0 penser que l&rsquo;organe n&rsquo;appartient pas \u00e0 un Vert\u00e9br\u00e9. En l&rsquo;occurrence, il s&rsquo;agit du jabot du Lombric, Ann\u00e9lide oligoch\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>Il poss\u00e8de une paroi fine, dont l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium est pliss\u00e9. Le jabot est une poche dilatable dans laquelle la nourriture peut \u00eatre stock\u00e9e. Il est anim\u00e9 de mouvements de contractions, de dilatations et de torsions, assurant l&rsquo;aspiration de la nourriture de l&rsquo;\u0153sophage et son expulsion vers le g\u00e9sier, r\u00e9gion suivante du tube digestif.<br \/>\nLa paroi de l&rsquo;\u0153sophage, d\u00e9crite dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-30-2018\">30-2018<\/a>, <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-31-2018\">31-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-32-2018\">32-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis, est invagin\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion ant\u00e9rieure du jabot, emp\u00eachant toute r\u00e9gurgitation.<br \/>\nLes mouvements de la paroi du jabot permettent par ailleurs le traitement du contenu de sa lumi\u00e8re : les dimensions des particules de sol y sont r\u00e9duites par le malaxage, et elles sont brass\u00e9es avec les s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions des glandes \u0153sophagiennes, ce qui favorise la floculation.
