Peu dense, elle comporte quelques plis et creux. Il pourrait s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une section transversale ou oblique d&rsquo;une structure tubuleuse.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, une tunique dens\u00e9ment color\u00e9e est pr\u00e9sente. Elle appara\u00eet constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;une couche de sous-unit\u00e9s allong\u00e9es le long des rayons, accol\u00e9es et contenant chacune un point color\u00e9. Elle est surmont\u00e9e d&rsquo;une bordure irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Une telle organisation sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple et prismatique, tissu form\u00e9 de cellules jointives et plus hautes que larges, \u00e0 noyau basal. Leur bordure pourrait correspondre \u00e0 une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#ciliature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ciliature<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium est entour\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fine tunique fibreuse comportant de volumineux espaces intens\u00e9ment et uniform\u00e9ment color\u00e9s. Elle correspond \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux dans lequel de vastes espaces sanguins sont log\u00e9s. Ils ne contiennent pas de cellules.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;essentiel de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de la paroi est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par un espace semblant vide, cloisonn\u00e9 par de fines trav\u00e9es cellulaires. L&rsquo;une d&rsquo;elle est renfl\u00e9e et contient des unit\u00e9s circulaires de couleur bleue, vraisemblablement de petites sph\u00e8res ou sph\u00e9rules coup\u00e9es transversalement. Les espaces semblent en relation avec la lumi\u00e8re centrale au niveau des creux de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium.<br \/>\nCet agencement laisse \u00e0 penser que les espaces vides correspondent \u00e0 des lumi\u00e8res de glandes tubuleuses. Les cloisons seraient constitu\u00e9es des \u00e9pith\u00e9liums glandulaires, simples et pavimenteux, reposant sur du tissu conjonctif fibreux. En raison de leur vaste lumi\u00e8re et de la finesse des cloisons \u00e9pith\u00e9liales, elles sont nomm\u00e9es glandes lamellaires. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enveloppe externe est form\u00e9e de deux tuniques fibreuses, respectivement sectionn\u00e9es longitudinalement et transversalement. Ce sont deux fines tuniques musculaires, circulaire interne et longitudinale externe.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Enfin, des amas clairs et finement ponctu\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9sents, \u00e0 la surface de la paroi d\u00e9crite. Ils sont semblables au tissu <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragogene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chloragog\u00e8ne<\/a> d\u00e9crit dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-25-2018\">semaine 25-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple et cili\u00e9 bordant la lumi\u00e8re, le tissu conjonctif fibreux comprenant de nombreux espaces sanguins, les tuniques musculaires circulaire et longitudinale ainsi que le tissu chloragog\u00e8ne p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique sont caract\u00e9ristiques du tube digestif des Ann\u00e9lides, en l&rsquo;occurrence du Lombric.<\/p>\n<p>Les glandes lamellaires sont sp\u00e9cifiques de sa r\u00e9gion ant\u00e9rieure, plus particuli\u00e8rement de l&rsquo;\u0153sophage. Elles sont pr\u00e9sentes dans la paroi \u0153sophagienne et localement sous forme d&rsquo;invaginations dans les cavit\u00e9s c\u0153lomiques, appel\u00e9es poches \u0153sophagiennes. Les sph\u00e9rules observ\u00e9es dans la cloison correspondent \u00e0 des concr\u00e9tions min\u00e9rales, en l&rsquo;occurrence de carbonate de calcium. Elles peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9vers\u00e9es dans la lumi\u00e8re du tube digestif. Les glandes lamellaires et \u0153sophagiennes, en raison de la pr\u00e9sence du carbonate de calcium, sont dites calcarif\u00e8res.
