Elles sont r\u00e9parties en une unique couche.<br \/>\nCet agencement est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;un <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple et prismatique dont l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#apex\" target=\"_blank\">apex<\/a> est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#ciliature\" target=\"_blank\">ciliature<\/a> et dont les cellules contiennent un noyau allong\u00e9 perpendiculairement au plan de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Tout autour de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium, des structures fibreuses de diff\u00e9rentes orientations sont pr\u00e9sentes. Elles contiennent chacune une sous-unit\u00e9 oblongue et ponctu\u00e9e correspondant \u00e0 un noyau, entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;un espace homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nCe sont des fibres musculaires lisses, circulaires, longitudinales ou obliques par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;organe.<br \/>\nQuelques cellules dispers\u00e9es et de fines fibres leur sont associ\u00e9es, repr\u00e9sentant du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux comprenant quelques vaisseaux sanguins.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Cette organisation sugg\u00e8re que le contenu de la lumi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;organe est d\u00e9plac\u00e9, \u00e0 la fois par les battements ciliaires et les contractions musculaires.<\/p>\n<p>La coupe a \u00e9t\u00e9 confectionn\u00e9e dans un tube digestif d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\">Ann\u00e9lide<\/a> oligoch\u00e8te, en l&rsquo;occurrence du Lombric ou Ver de terre.
