Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une coupe transversale, longitudinale ou oblique.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La couche dense au contact de la lumi\u00e8re est form\u00e9e d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s allong\u00e9es en direction de la lumi\u00e8re, contenant une structure elliptique allong\u00e9e de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Une \u00e9troite bordure stri\u00e9e les surmonte.<\/p>\n<p>Les unit\u00e9s ainsi d\u00e9crites sont des cellules <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelial\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9liales<\/a> de rev\u00eatement plus hautes que larges, et poss\u00e9dant un noyau lui-m\u00eame allong\u00e9. Elles sont agenc\u00e9es en une couche, d\u00e9terminant un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple. Leur forme est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium prismatique ou cylindrique, et leur bordure est une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#ciliature\" target=\"_blank\">ciliature<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La tunique \u00e9paisse de la paroi est form\u00e9e de fibres coup\u00e9es longitudinalement, transversalement ou obliquement. De taille relativement r\u00e9duite, leur contenu est homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Elles correspondent \u00e0 des fibres musculaires lisses, d&rsquo;orientation longitudinale, circulaire ou oblique, respectivement.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les espaces entre les fibres musculaires sont occup\u00e9s par un tissu fibreux dans lequel des unit\u00e9s relativement volumineuses sont pr\u00e9sentes. Elles poss\u00e8dent un noyau r\u00e9duit et un cytoplasme p\u00e2le et vacuolis\u00e9.<br \/>\nDes sections circulaires ou ovales au contenu homog\u00e8ne sont \u00e9galement observ\u00e9es. Ce sont des vaisseaux sanguins.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux dans lequel des cellules glandulaires sont ench\u00e2ss\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;instar de la couche au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, la tunique p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique appara\u00eet form\u00e9e d&rsquo;une unique couche d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s allong\u00e9es, contenant une structure ovale allong\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re similaire.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de volumineuses cellules relativement h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Elles correspondent \u00e0 du tissu <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragogene\" target=\"_blank\">chloragog\u00e8ne<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organe ainsi d\u00e9crit est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une paroi \u00e9paisse, tapiss\u00e9e d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple, prismatique et cili\u00e9, entour\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisse tunique de fibres musculaires d&rsquo;orientations diverses, entrelac\u00e9es avec du tissu conjonctif fibreux et des cellules glandulaires.<\/p>\n<p>Cet agencement laisse \u00e0 penser que l&rsquo;organe coup\u00e9 r\u00e9alise une fonction de mise en mouvement du contenu de la lumi\u00e8re et d&rsquo;aspiration, la ciliature et les nombreuses fibres musculaires en \u00e9tant les acteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions des cellules glandulaires pari\u00e9tales sont vraisemblablement d\u00e9vers\u00e9es dans la lumi\u00e8re et impr\u00e8gnent son contenu, facilitant le transit.<\/p>\n<p>Une telle organisation sugg\u00e8re que l&rsquo;organe appartient au tube digestif. En l&rsquo;occurrence, il s&rsquo;agit du pharynx du Lombric, Ann\u00e9lide oligoch\u00e8te ing\u00e9rant la terre qui l&rsquo;environne.
