Elle est d\u00e9crite dans les articles des semaines <\/a><a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-23-2018\">23-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-24-2018\">24-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p>Elle comprend du c\u00f4t\u00e9 externe un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple et prismatique recouvert d&rsquo;une fine <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#cuticule\" target=\"_blank\">cuticule<\/a>, correspondant \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epiderme\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9piderme<\/a> du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tegument\" target=\"_blank\">t\u00e9gument<\/a>. Deux types de cellules le constituent, les cellules de rev\u00eatement et les cellules glandulaires muqueuses.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l&rsquo;\u00e9piderme, deux tuniques de fibres musculaires lisses sont pr\u00e9sentes, circulaire et longitudinale.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La structure inf\u00e9rieure correspond \u00e0 une paroi bordant une lumi\u00e8re. Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement d&rsquo;un organe tubuleux coup\u00e9 transversalement.<\/p>\n<p>Au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, la tunique continue et uniforme d\u00e9veloppement quelques replis est un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium. Relativement peu \u00e9pais, il est form\u00e9 d&rsquo;une unique couche de cellules plus hautes que larges, qui d\u00e9terminent un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple et prismatique.<\/p>\n<p>Il repose sur une fine tunique de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux dans laquelle courent de nombreux vaisseaux sanguins, entour\u00e9e de quelques fibres musculaires lisses.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enveloppe externe h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne appara\u00eet granuleuse. Elle est constitu\u00e9e de cellules volumineuses, accol\u00e9es \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de la paroi de l&rsquo;organe, les <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragocyte\" target=\"_blank\">chloragocytes<\/a> ou cellules <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragogene\" target=\"_blank\">chloragog\u00e8nes<\/a>. Les structures circulaires ou ovales qui y sont pr\u00e9sentes correspondent \u00e0 des vaisseaux sanguins, dorsal et transversal.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;agencement ainsi d\u00e9crit correspond au tube digestif du Lombric, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion de l&rsquo;intestin. L&rsquo;organisation de sa paroi est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;article de la semaine <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-25-2018\">25-2018<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>La paroi intestinale d\u00e9veloppe un profond repli dans la lumi\u00e8re, appel\u00e9 typhlosole. Il contribue \u00e0 augmenter la surface de contact entre le contenu de la lumi\u00e8re et l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium digestif, et ainsi favorise les \u00e9changes trans-\u00e9pith\u00e9liaux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La paroi corporelle et la paroi digestive sont deux structures longitudinales, pr\u00e9sentes sur tout la longueur du corps du Lombric.<\/p>\n<p>Dans chaque segment, elles sont isol\u00e9es l&rsquo;une de l&rsquo;autre par une vaste cavit\u00e9 remplie de liquide, appel\u00e9e cavit\u00e9 <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#coelomique\" target=\"_blank\">c\u0153lomique<\/a>.
