La plupart pr\u00e9sentent des stries apicales constituant une bordure en brosse, mais certaines arborent d&rsquo;abondantes et volumineuses granulations cytoplasmiques.<br \/>\nLe ph\u00e9notype des premi\u00e8res est caract\u00e9ristique de cellules sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;\u00e9changes, alors que celui des secondes est typique des cellules s\u00e9cr\u00e9trices.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>En p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie sont situ\u00e9es : <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>une tunique fibreuse, dans laquelle de rares cellules fusiformes disjointes sont observ\u00e9es, ainsi que d&rsquo;importantes sections de tubes au contenu homog\u00e8ne, correspondant \u00e0 des vaisseaux sanguins ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span> une tunique constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s allong\u00e9es et effil\u00e9es, \u00e0 cytoplasme homog\u00e8ne et \u00e0 noyau \u00e9galement allong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit respectivement d&rsquo;une enveloppe de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux parcouru de vaisseaux sanguins bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et d&rsquo;une tunique de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-musculaire\" target=\"_blank\">fibres musculaires<\/a> lisses.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Un tel agencement rappelle celui de la paroi du tube digestif des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s, form\u00e9e d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium, reposant sur du tissu conjonctif fibreux et des fibres musculaires lisses, d\u00e9crite dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-26-2017\">26-2017<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-27-2017\">27-2017<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Tout autour de la structure d\u00e9crite, de volumineuses cellules piriformes sont pr\u00e9sentes. Elles poss\u00e8dent un noyau excentr\u00e9 dans leur r\u00e9gion effil\u00e9e et un cytoplasme contenant d&rsquo;abondantes et grandes granulations.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation ainsi d\u00e9crite correspond \u00e0 celle du tube digestif, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de l&rsquo;intestin, d&rsquo;une <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#annelide\" target=\"_blank\">Ann\u00e9lide<\/a> oligoch\u00e8te, en l&rsquo;occurrence du Lombric commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 Ver de terre.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un organe responsable de la digestion des mol\u00e9cules alimentaires et de l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#absorption\" target=\"_blank\">absorption<\/a> des substances nutritives issues de la digestion. Les cellules glandulaires, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions, sont impliqu\u00e9es dans la digestion alors que les cellules de rev\u00eatement \u00e0 bordure en brosse sont principalement le si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;absorption.<\/p>\n<p>Les substances absorb\u00e9es sont prises en charge par les vaisseaux sanguins de la tunique conjonctive tandis que les fibres musculaires contribuent \u00e0 la progression du contenu de la lumi\u00e8re le long du tube digestif.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les volumineuses cellules accol\u00e9es en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du tube digestif correspondent \u00e0 des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragocyte\" target=\"_blank\">chloragocytes<\/a> ou cellules <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#chloragogene\" target=\"_blank\">chloragog\u00e8nes<\/a>.
