Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;h\u00e9maties, globules rouges anucl\u00e9\u00e9s caract\u00e9ristiques des Mammif\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>La lame de mat\u00e9riel fibreux est bord\u00e9e sur chacune de ses faces par une unique assise de cellules jointives, formant un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> de rev\u00eatement simple. Plates et \u00e0 noyau aplati dans le plan de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium, elles constituent un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium pavimenteux.<br \/>\nLocalis\u00e9 au contact du sang, cet \u00e9pith\u00e9lium est appel\u00e9 <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#endothelium\" target=\"_blank\">endoth\u00e9lium<\/a>. Il est soutenu par une fine couche de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux, la couche sous-endoth\u00e9liale.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La grande dimension des espaces contenant le sang sugg\u00e8re que la coupe est confectionn\u00e9e dans le c\u0153ur, organe de l&rsquo;appareil circulatoire responsable de la propulsion du sang. En l&rsquo;occurrence, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un c\u0153ur de Rat, dont l&rsquo;organisation est d\u00e9crite dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-10-2018\">10-2018<\/a>, <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-11-2018\">11-2018<\/a>, <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-12-2018\">12-2018<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-13-2018\">13-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;endoth\u00e9lium et la couche sous-endoth\u00e9liale forment l&rsquo;endocarde, rev\u00eatement des parois cardiaques bordant les cavit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La lame fibreuse marque la limite entre deux cavit\u00e9s cardiaques, oreillette et ventricule.
