Elles poss\u00e8dent des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s ramifi\u00e9es, engren\u00e9es avec celles de leurs voisines au niveau de r\u00e9gions mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es par des stries sombres.<br \/>\nElles pr\u00e9sentent une unit\u00e9 centrale allong\u00e9e, ponctu\u00e9e de couleur fonc\u00e9e, ainsi que des stries transversales.<\/p>\n<p>Bien individualis\u00e9es en raison de leur association avec des fibres p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, elles sont isol\u00e9es les unes des autres par des espaces dont certains sont occup\u00e9s par des structures allong\u00e9es \u00e0 paroi fine, contenant des unit\u00e9s uniform\u00e9ment et dens\u00e9ment color\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les structures allong\u00e9es, ramifi\u00e9es et stri\u00e9es transversalement, correspondent \u00e0 des cellules ou fibres musculaires stri\u00e9es. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 allong\u00e9e et ponctu\u00e9e occupant leur centre est un noyau, et leur limite externe est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;agencement ainsi d\u00e9crit est caract\u00e9ristique du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-musculaire\" target=\"_blank\">tissu musculaire<\/a> stri\u00e9 cardiaque rencontr\u00e9 dans le muscle cardiaque, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 myocarde, des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLes cellules, ramifi\u00e9es, stri\u00e9es transversalement et \u00e0 noyau unique, sont reli\u00e9es par les stries scalariformes, et constituent un r\u00e9seau structural et fonctionnel. Elles portent le nom de cardiomyocytes.<\/p>\n<p>Elles m\u00e9nagent entre elles des espaces, occup\u00e9s par du tissu conjonctif fibreux dans lequel courent de nombreux vaisseaux sanguins <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#capillaire\" target=\"_blank\">capillaires<\/a>. Leur lumi\u00e8re dans laquelle des h\u00e9maties, globules rouges ou \u00e9rythrocytes d\u00e9pourvus de noyau, sont pr\u00e9sentes et dont la paroi est fine, permet de les identifier. Les h\u00e9maties indiquent que le c\u0153ur ayant servi \u00e0 la confection de la coupe provient d&rsquo;un Mammif\u00e8re, en l&rsquo;occurrence d&rsquo;un Rat. <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du c\u0153ur de Mammif\u00e8re est d\u00e9crite dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-10-2018\">semaine 10-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis. Elle permet de situer les cardiomyocytes dans l&rsquo;organe.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;alternance des contractions, appel\u00e9es systoles, et des rel\u00e2chements, appel\u00e9s diastoles, du muscle cardiaque est li\u00e9e aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s contractiles des cardiomyocytes. Elles sont dues \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence dans leur cytoplasme de filaments du cytosquelette tr\u00e8s abondants et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dispos\u00e9s, ce qui explique l&rsquo;existence des stries transversales.
