Il s&rsquo;agit de cellules animales. La structure ronde qu&rsquo;elles contiennent correspond \u00e0 un noyau et les filaments \u00e0 des chromosomes.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence de chromosomes dans les noyaux est caract\u00e9ristique de cellules en division.<br \/>\nEn l&rsquo;occurrence, la diversit\u00e9 des aspects des chromosomes en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseurs et de distribution indique que les cellules sont en prophase de premi\u00e8re division de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-i-a-o#meiose\" target=\"_blank\">m\u00e9iose<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation des cellules en petits groupes isol\u00e9s par du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux ainsi que leur association avec des cellules plates, qualifi\u00e9es de folliculaires, r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que l&rsquo;organe est un ovaire, et les cellules en m\u00e9iose sont des ovocytes I. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;existence de globules rouges, ou \u00e9rythrocytes, nucl\u00e9\u00e9s dans les vaisseaux sanguins <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#capillaire\" target=\"_blank\">capillaires<\/a> sugg\u00e8re que la coupe est confectionn\u00e9e dans un ovaire de Vert\u00e9br\u00e9 non mammalien. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une Grenouille en cours de m\u00e9tamorphose.<\/p>\n<p>La structure g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;ovaire de Grenouille en cours de m\u00e9tamorphose est d\u00e9crite dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-06-2018\">semaine 06-2018<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9iose est un processus intervenant pendant la formation des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#gamete\" target=\"_blank\">gam\u00e8tes<\/a>, cellules sexuelles haplo\u00efdes impliqu\u00e9es dans la reproduction sexu\u00e9e.
