Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement de sections de tubes, transversales, obliques ou longitudinales.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les tubules constituant la coupe sont de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9limit\u00e9s par une unique couche de cellules jointives, entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;une tunique fibreuse. Elles forment des <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9pith\u00e9liums<\/a> simples reposant sur du <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux. <\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;un tubule \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, les caract\u00e8res des cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales diff\u00e8rent :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>certaines sont plus hautes que larges, poss\u00e8dent un noyau circulaire basal, un cytoplasme p\u00e2le  et des limites marqu\u00e9es notamment au contact de la lumi\u00e8re, d\u00e9terminant un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple prismatique ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;autres sont relativement plates, leur noyau circulaire voire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement aplati occupe toute leur hauteur et leur cytoplasme est plut\u00f4t sombre, elles d\u00e9finissent un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple, cubique mais bas ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span> les derni\u00e8res sont plates, \u00e0 noyau allong\u00e9 mais l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saillant, et d\u00e9limitent une lumi\u00e8re contenant des cellules nucl\u00e9\u00e9es \u00e9parses.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation ainsi d\u00e9crite, form\u00e9e de tubules juxtapos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s par un fin tissu conjonctif fibreux, est caract\u00e9ristique du rein des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ses unit\u00e9s structurales et fonctionnelles assurent la production de l&rsquo;urine. Ce sont des n\u00e9phrons comportant une capsule de Bowman sph\u00e9rique \u00e9troitement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un bouquet de vaisseaux sanguins <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#capillaire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">capillaires<\/a> appel\u00e9 glom\u00e9rule. L&rsquo;ensemble capsule de Bowman &#8211; glom\u00e9rule, nomm\u00e9 corpuscule de Malpighi, est responsable de la formation de l&rsquo;urine par filtration du sang.<br \/>\nLe n\u00e9phron se poursuit par un long tubule urinaire pr\u00e9sentant plusieurs r\u00e9gions. Elles sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par les termes tubule proximal, en continuit\u00e9 avec la capsule de Bowman, tubule interm\u00e9diaire, tubule distal et tubule collecteur, d\u00e9bouchant dans un tube puis un canal collecteur ouvert sur un uret\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;image de la semaine 50-2017 correspond \u00e0 une partie de rein de Vert\u00e9br\u00e9 dans laquelle seules des sections de tubules sont pr\u00e9sentes.<br \/>\nLes tubules \u00e0 \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple prismatique sont des tubes collecteurs et les tubules \u00e0 \u00e9pith\u00e9lium cubique plat sont des tubules interm\u00e9diaires formant une anse de Henl\u00e9.<br \/>\nDes sections de tubules distaux, \u00e0 \u00e9pith\u00e9lium cubique d\u00e9pourvu de bordure en brosse, et de tubules proximaux, dont l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium cubique porte une bordure en brosse, sont \u00e9galement observ\u00e9es, \u00e9parses et principalement en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie. Ils sont d\u00e9crits plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans l&rsquo;article de la semaine <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-49-2017\">49-2017<\/a> de Codex virtualis, les corpuscules de Malpighi ayant fait l&rsquo;objet des articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-47-2017\">47-2017<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-48-2017\">48-2017<\/a>.<br \/>\nLe tissu conjonctif entourant les tubules constitue un interstitium parcouru de vaisseaux sanguins repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les sections tubuleuses \u00e0 \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple et pavimenteux, contenant des cellules \u00e9parses, sanguines.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du tubule urinaire modifient la composition de l&rsquo;urine form\u00e9e dans le corpuscule de Malpighi, par le biais d&rsquo;\u00e9changes avec le sang, r\u00e9absorptions et s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions s\u00e9lectives.<\/p>\n<p>Les globules rouges nucl\u00e9\u00e9s contenus dans la lumi\u00e8re des vaisseaux sanguins indiquent que le rein d\u00e9crit n&rsquo;est pas celui d&rsquo;un Mammif\u00e8re.
