Du tissu interstitiel diffus les isole les unes des autres.<br \/>\nLes unit\u00e9s ainsi d\u00e9crites correspondent \u00e0 des tubes de faible diam\u00e8tre coup\u00e9s transversalement ou obliquement, dont la paroi est relativement peu \u00e9paisse. Elle est form\u00e9e d&rsquo;une couche de cellules jointives, entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;une couche basale fibreuse. Il s&rsquo;agit respectivement d&rsquo;un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-epithelial\" target=\"_blank\">tissu \u00e9pith\u00e9lial<\/a> de rev\u00eatement simple et d&rsquo;une tunique de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Selon les particularit\u00e9s de leurs \u00e9pith\u00e9liums, plusieurs types de tubules sont distingu\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>certains poss\u00e8dent un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium dont les cellules sont plus hautes que larges et munies de stries basales ainsi que d&rsquo;une fine bordure apicale stri\u00e9e<br \/>\nprismatique et \u00e0 bordure en brosse (ou plateau stri\u00e9), il est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;un tubule qualifi\u00e9 de proximal ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>d&rsquo;autres sont d\u00e9limit\u00e9s par un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium dont les cellules sont aussi hautes que larges, pr\u00e9sentent des stries basales mais aucune sp\u00e9cialisation apicale<br \/>\nde type cubique il est repr\u00e9sentatif des tubules dits distaux ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>quelques-uns pr\u00e9sentent un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium form\u00e9 de cellules aussi hautes que larges, d\u00e9pourvues de strie basale et de sp\u00e9cialisation apicale<br \/>\ncubique il est sp\u00e9cifique des tubules collecteurs ;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">&bull; <\/span>les derniers, dont la lumi\u00e8re contient des cellules dissoci\u00e9es, sont bord\u00e9s d&rsquo;une fine couche de cellules plates, \u00e0 noyaux aplatis dans le plan de l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium, sp\u00e9cifique de la paroi d&rsquo;un vaisseau sanguin capillaire dont la lumi\u00e8re est occup\u00e9e par des globules rouges.<\/p>\n<p>Le tissu comblant les espaces entre ces structures est un tissu conjonctif fibreux.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation ainsi d\u00e9crite, comportant des sections de tubules proximaux, distaux et collecteurs ainsi que de vaisseaux sanguins, est caract\u00e9ristique du rein des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s. La pr\u00e9sence dans les vaisseaux sanguins de globules rouges poss\u00e9dant un noyau indique qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;un organe de Mammif\u00e8re. En l&rsquo;occurrence, l&rsquo;image correspond \u00e0 une coupe de rein d&rsquo;un Lissamphibien anoure, la Grenouille verte.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Le rein est form\u00e9 d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s structurales et fonctionnelles appel\u00e9es n\u00e9phrons, constitu\u00e9s d&rsquo;une capsule de Bowman et d&rsquo;un tubule urinaire.<br \/>\nLa capsule de Bowman du n\u00e9phron des Lissamphibiens anoures est d\u00e9crite dans l&rsquo;article de la <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-43-2017\">semaine 43-2017<\/a> de Codex virtualis. En association avec un bouquet de vaisseaux sanguins capillaires appel\u00e9 glom\u00e9rule, elle forme le corpuscule de Malpighi. La production de l&rsquo;urine primitive par ultrafiltration du sang y est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;urine primitive est ensuite prise en charge par le tubule urinaire qui en assure la transformation en urine d\u00e9finitive par des r\u00e9absorptions et s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions s\u00e9lectives. Elle est alors \u00e9limin\u00e9e dans le milieu ext\u00e9rieur. Le tubule proximal est le si\u00e8ge d&rsquo;une r\u00e9absorption d&rsquo;eau et de substances dissoutes, organiques et inorganiques. Le tubule distal effectue \u00e9galement des \u00e9changes d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;ions entre lumi\u00e8re et sang.
