Il s&rsquo;agit vraisemblablement de sections transversales ou longitudinales de tubes.<br \/>\nElles sont isol\u00e9es par un tissu dense dans lequel des fibres sont visibles ainsi que des espaces semblant vides.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Les sections de tubes sont d\u00e9limit\u00e9es par une paroi relativement \u00e9paisse, constitu\u00e9e de cellules jointives agenc\u00e9es en une unique couche, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus hautes que larges et \u00e0 noyau ovale et basal. Elles sont entour\u00e9es d&rsquo;une structure fibreuse.<br \/>\nCette organisation est caract\u00e9ristique d&rsquo;un <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-d-a-h#epithelium\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9pith\u00e9lium<\/a> simple prismatique, ou cylindrique, reposant sur une fine tunique de <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-t-a-z#tissu-conjonctif\" target=\"_blank\">tissu conjonctif<\/a> fibreux. Aucune diff\u00e9renciation apicale n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9sente au contact de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le tissu dense qui occupe les espaces entre les tubes est form\u00e9 de nombreuses cellules sans agencement notable, entour\u00e9es de faisceaux de fibres.<br \/>\nIl correspond \u00e0 du tissu interstitiel.<\/p>\n<p>Les espaces semblant vides sont bord\u00e9s d&rsquo;une fine paroi et contiennent des cellules disjointes, nucl\u00e9\u00e9es et pour la plupart ovales.<br \/>\nCe sont vraisemblablement des vaisseaux sanguins <a href=\"\/codex\/glossaire\/glossaire-de-a-a-c#capillaire\" target=\"_blank\">capillaires<\/a> contenant des \u00e9rythrocytes \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s globules rouges ainsi que quelques leucocytes, ou globules blancs.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organe observ\u00e9 est constitu\u00e9 de tubules, les espaces les s\u00e9parant sont occup\u00e9s par du tissu interstitiel et des vaisseaux sanguins.<br \/>\nCela sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un rein de Vert\u00e9br\u00e9. Les \u00e9rythrocytes poss\u00e9dant un noyau, il n&rsquo;a pas pour origine un Mammif\u00e8re. La pr\u00e9sence du tissu interstitiel sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il provient d&rsquo;un T\u00e9l\u00e9ost\u00e9en.<\/p>\n<p>Le rein des Vert\u00e9br\u00e9s est form\u00e9 d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s fonctionnelles appel\u00e9es n\u00e9phrons, constitu\u00e9s d&rsquo;une capsule de Bowman et d&rsquo;un tubule urinaire. La premi\u00e8re est le si\u00e8ge de la production de l&rsquo;urine par filtration du sang et le second de la modification de sa composition ainsi que de son acheminement vers les voies urinaires. La capsule de Bowman a fait l&rsquo;objet de l&rsquo;article de la semaine <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-34-2017\">34-2017<\/a> de Codex virtualis.<\/p>\n<p>Le tubule urinaire du n\u00e9phron comporte plusieurs r\u00e9gions, distinctes par les caract\u00e9ristiques de leurs \u00e9pith\u00e9liums.<br \/>\nLe tubule proximal fait suite \u00e0 la capsule de Bowman et poss\u00e8de un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple prismatique, \u00e0 bordure en brosse et ciliature apicales. Il est d\u00e9crit dans les articles des semaines <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-35-2017\">35-2017<\/a> et <a href=\"\/codex\/semaine-36-2017\">36-2017<\/a>.<br \/>\nLe tubule distal est \u00e9galement bord\u00e9 d&rsquo;un \u00e9pith\u00e9lium simple prismatique, mais les cellules ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de diff\u00e9renciation apicale.<\/p>\n<p>Les sections d\u00e9crites correspondent \u00e0 des tubules distaux, dans lesquels la composition de l&rsquo;urine est modifi\u00e9e, notamment par r\u00e9absorption d&rsquo;ions monovalents. Les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vent dans l&rsquo;urine et les rejettent dans le sang circulant dans les vaisseaux sanguins capillaires. Ce processus contribue \u00e0 diluer l&rsquo;urine avant son \u00e9vacuation.<\/p>\n<p>Le tissu interstitiel joue quant \u00e0 lui un r\u00f4le dans la formation des cellules sanguines.
